Masturbation - Die Kunst der Selbstbefriedigung

Im Laufe des Jahres geben wir uns alle regelmäßig derMasturbation hin. Es ist die große Kunst der Liebe mit uns selbst. Und ebenso die Kunst, sie körperlich und seelisch auszuleben. Warum also widmen wir einen ganzen Monat dieser Kunst der Selbstbefriedigung?

Einer der Hauptgründe, warum ich den Mai als Masturbations-Monat befürworte, ist die feste Überzeugung, dass Masturbation eine gesunde, normale, natürliche göttliche Gabe ist. Masturbation ist die besondere Zeit, in der wir die Liebe feiern, die wir für uns selbst empfinden. Sie ist nicht ein geringerer Ersatz für (besseren) Sex mit anderen. Selbstbefriedigung ist ein ganz wichtiger und wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres eigenen sexuellen, geistigen, emotionalen und seelischen Wohlbefindens.   

Negative Schamgefühle verhindern befreiende Masturbation

Masturbation sollte niemals mit Angst, Schuld, Scham oder Spott in Verbindung gebracht werden. Dazu sagt die Therapeutin Dr. Debora Phillips: "Die vielen schrecklichen Folgen,  die angeblich durch Masturbation ausgelöst werden, kann man in einem Wort zusammenfassen: NICHTS! Außer der Einstellung, dass Masturbation beschämend ist." Doch leider haben viele Menschen heute immer noch diese negativen Gefühle bei der Selbstbefriedigung. 

Selbstbefriedigung ist himmlisches Geschenk zum sich selber lieben

Wenn du irgendwelche negativen Gefühle beim Masturbieren hast, dann ersetze diese Empfindungen mit der Tatsache, dass Selbstbefriedigung ein himmlisches Geschenk ist. Selbstbefriedigung ist ein Segen! - Ein reines und lustvolles Vergnügen, sich selbst zu lieben!

Und es gibt noch viele weitere, erfreuliche Gründe, warum dem Masturbationsmonat Mai weitere Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt werden soll.

Throughout the year, we all regularly celebrate Masturbation - the Art of Making Love to Ourselves. So why dedicate a month to it?

One of the main reasons I promote May as Masturbation Month is to increase awareness that Masturbation is a healthy, normal, natural gift from God. Masturbation is that special time in which we celebrate the love we have for ourselves. It's not a lesser substitute for having sex with others. It is in itself a very important, integral part of our own sexual, spiritual, emotional and mental well-being.

There should never be any fear, guilt, shame, or ridicule associated with it. As noted therapist, Dr. Debora Phillips, states: “The list of bad things about masturbation can be summed up in a word: Nothing. Except the attitude that masturbation is shameful.” Yet sadly, many people today still feel those negative emotions about Masturbation.

If you ever feel any negative emotions about Masturbation then replace those feelings with the fact that Masturbation is a Gift from God. It is a Blessing - A Pure and Joyful Pleasure of Loving Yourself.  

There are many more (Joyful) reasons I support and promote Masturbation Awareness Month, but I will try to discuss them later this month.
