Louise explores Studio St-Ex (Penguin Books) with its author, Ania Szado. It's an elegantly written, sensual tale, involving the complex relationships of the French writer/war hero Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, his glamorous, manipulative Latin wife, and the young, talented Canadian fashion designer who captivates them both. It culminates in these figures' creativity and passions combined, in a fashion performance of The Little Prince, informed by the classic children's book, along its aspects of loneliness and love among the stars.

This week on Sex City—July 30, 2013
Dorianne explores the world of softcore and sexploitation movies with journalist Will Sloan who has done research on director Herschell Gordon Lewis and on Canada's first porn, Sexcula. She also talks to two actors, Kelly McCormack and Andy Trithardt, about the play Delicacy they are in for the Summerworks festival, about two couples who meet in a Toronto sex club. Finally she discusses the Grind events, sex parties that to cater to the QPOC (queer people of colour) community, with their organizer Akio Maroon.
